Not impressed. I went in for foot and knee pain after an injury. They x rayed my knee and didn’t really evaluate my foot. I had taken a pregnancy test (negative) a few days prior but continue to suspect possible pregnancy. I mentioned this to the x ray tech and she said “Well we can give you a paper to sign to release us from liability.” I told her their liability wasn’t my concern and asked if they have pregnancy tests to double check. Dr.Smith knows his stuff. The check in/out staff are terrific.
Not impressed. Had a tendon strain and the PA that saw me told me I would be in a brace for a couple months. I was out of the brace and lifting weights in the gym less than a month later. Very mis leading and not impressed with their level of care. My wife also went in for a check on her thumb that has arthritis and she waited an hour in the exam room and then they told her she just had a small bump on it. Wow, I had a very painful shoulder injury, walked in without and appointment and was seen in a very timely manner. Josh was no nonsense and came up with a plan to get the issue resolved.
