As always fantastic... My only issue is the kiosk... Delays patient getting signed in without assistance from the front desk ladies. Otherwise 10*
My sister has been a patient of Dr. McKay for years. He has performed four Orthopedic procedures on her. My family, my sister and I are very displeased with him and his staff. He shows zero concern for her. The staff will not return phone calls and treat us like trash. My sister suffers from severe pain. She is in assisted living where she is medically supervised and does not have an opportunity for misuse of pain medications. Dr. McKay refuses to prescribe pain medication. I have been a patient at KOC for many years. Both Dr. MacKay and Dr. Engblom, as well as the therapy department are excellent providers.
Dr. MacKay and his NP were both so detailed and amazing!
