Had a surgery to remove a mass on my knee. I was told it would cost me $300 after my insurance. I then receive multiple bills from OSI as well as the surgery center totaling 4xs that amount After going back and forth for a couple months they just said sorry this is what you owe. Started paying it via a payment plan after I was assured that they would not send it to collection and they sent it to collection anyway. Seriously bad after service here!
I was completely confident in Dr Presley & am extremely pleased with my knee replacement. The care & overall attention to detail regarding my needs by his staff were outstanding.
