Dr Templin replaced both my hips a year ago. Everything went very smoothly. I am well pleased. I highly recommend his services.
The TX Medical Board charged Dr. David B. Templin with "Failing to adequately assess a patients complaints of leg pain and shortness of breath and consequently FAILED TO DIAGNOSE the patients deep vein thrombosis (DVT). The medical board also charged Dr. Templin with patients medical records being inadequate." 24 hours after Dr. David B. Templin preformed surgery on the patient she died of a pulmonary embolism. Dr. Templin is currently under board order, his disciplinary date was 8/28/2015.
