Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Arena and Dr. Stowell for ankle and shoulder injuries at OSI and talk about 2 VERY caring, and patient doctors who take their time, never in a rush, and they make sure all your questions have been answered before you leave. Their bedside manner is nothing but top notch. If it weren't for these two brilliant doctors, I'm not sure where we'd be. We have referred several of our friends to OSI and they have all said the same thing.
Dr. Banda is awesome. I have been to other orthopedists that basically blew me off, but Dr. Banda listened to me and fixed my hand! I am so grateful to him and his staff.
Dr. Banda took very good care of me. He was kind, patient and did a thorough exam and imaging to figure out what was going on. I had seen another specialist in town who told me I had to just live with the pain and a different one who just wanted me to get steroid injections every six months. Not Banda, he figured out what was going on and fixed it. I would highly recommend him over the other hand specialists in the area.
Dr Banda is a egotistical, unprofessional surgeon, doesn't listen to patients concerns because he knows it all including how you feel. When I talked to him about my concerns that he was not listening to my concerns about my care.Banda got really defensive and told me he would not see me anymore and that I need to find another doctor, after he treated my condition for the last year. Doctors and staff are great. My only complaint is the only way they seem to bill is via text. They also disguise the online check in with advertising for various medications. Makes them look cheap and a waste of my time.
