This was my first visit to Orthopedic Sports Institute due to recent foot injury of a fractured bone. My daughter was assisting me while on crutches ( I'm 83 years old) and of course I ended up making a pecktical of myself and stumbled and fell right outside xray room! (This only happened because I refused to use the offered wheelchair ) I've never before experienced so many hands reaching down to swoop me off the floor and put me in the wheelchair! I’ve never had a pleasant urgent care visit in my life. This place was amazing! Beautiful clean building and friendly staff that didn’t make you feel like you ruined their day just by existing, like most other urgent cares. Got right in to get an xray and you meet an actual doctor who can treat the injury right away. Didn’t have to wait hours for an Xray at Kootenai after waiting hours just to be see , didn’t have to wait days to see the orthopedist after. Highly recommend if you have an injury.
I highly recommend OSI. They are prompt, kind, caring, and the results are great for the treatment I had. They are my go-to!
Excellent care and follow-up by Dr. Stowell’s PA Ben. Very caring and knowledgeable. I originally saw him for two acutely fractured radius bones in my arms. He was very kind, concerned and professional. I am 7 weeks out and on the mend. All the providers at Orthopedic Sports Institute are excellent!!!
