Very knowledgeable and friendly people.
My son was ready to have an amazing senior year for the CHS Vikings. During preseason camp, he suffered a devastating on field knee injury. Dr. Lyman got us in right away and was very empathetic to how upset and confused we were. He reviewed the MRI and explained how bad his injury was, complete (shredded) MCL, complete ACL, Partial LCL, cartilage damage, micro-fractures and possibly more. Dr. Lyman did my ACL and meniscus surgery back in January, and I can’t recommend him enough. He walked me through everything before the procedure and really made me feel comfortable about what to expect. Surgery went great, and my recovery has been smoother than I imagined. I’m now back to being active, feeling stronger every week, and looking forward to getting back on the ice to play hockey soon. I waited nearly three months under the guidance of my physical therapist to see Dr. Richard Lee Stowell. What I received wasn’t care — it was a masterclass in how to waste a patient’s time, money, and trust. The appointment lasted five minutes. No meaningful examination, no new information, no actionable plan. Instead, I was referred to a $500 MRI at Post Falls Emergency Hospital — which I later discovered is tied to OSI and its partners.
