Hasn't been the same since Dr Kimball retired. Tried to schedule an appointment and your staff was so rude and confusing that I canceled the appointment. They tried to follow up and I couldn't ever get ahold of them to resolve the situation. Just disappointing.

Called this afternoon to schedule a follow up visit with Dr. Abrams. I’ve seen her for while so I need follow up visits every 3-4 months. The receptions (Jodi) answered and I was requesting to schedule a fist thing in the morning appointment (8-9am) as I always had. The receptionist was rude and put me in hold while I was talking and disconnected the call after. I was surprised she did that. I called back and someone else answered and scheduled me. Not happy at all with this. Edited to add the receptionist name.
