I came to this office for a fractured 5th metatarsal on Monday August 18, 2025. My appt was scheduled for 8:30am with the PA, Nicholas Seymour. I started feeling like something was off after I waited in my room (not waiting room) for about 45 min before I was told that Nick was stuck in traffic and going to be late. I was seen by PA Scott krushinski. He explained everything in detail when over treatment options. And use the phrase if it were me which I think is the best perspective any doctor can have.
45 minutes past appointment time....one hour 15 minutes past when they told me to be here. Enough said. Still not seen. Heaven forbid though if I was 15 minutes late. Automatic cancel and charge. I left work early to sit here for nothing. Space out your appointments more and stop thinking about money and jamming in as many people a day as possible.
