The staff is phenomenal. Damien and Christina addresses patients by name upon walking through the door. I personally have been going there since September 2024 to present due to a knee replacement then a fall breaking my femur and fracturing shoulder. My physical therapist Morgan and my assistant Cara both have been on point and attentive ensuring my recovery journey has been productive. I attribute a great amount of success to both of them. The front end staff Emily and her co workers are amazing and very knowledgeable. Outstanding job ladies.
I went on Friday and they told me that they would transfer my medicine to the pharmacy and they didn't do it. Then I came back on Monday and the girl at the desk called Hevent was very rude.
Slooooooooooow service, had an appointment at 10:30 on a Thursday morning, and the place is already running almost an hour behind!! Plus they are evidently calling people who have come in later ahead of customers that have been waiting here far longer! I take an early morning appointment to avoid exactly this travesty, with as many doctors/staff as are shown on their wall in the waiting area one has to wonder how they can fall so far behind so quickly??
