When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member. The office was spic and span clean; furniture in excellent condition. First I met withDr Metcalf. He brought up my films and explained to us, in layman’s terms, all about my condition. He was very pleasant, thorough and answered all our questions. Dr Schroeder came in and went over my films with us and explained the surgical procedure that he would use to address my problem.
