Very friendly, wise, intelligent.
Waited 2 hours. No apology or acknowledgement of the delay. Barely introduced himself, didn't seem interested in me at all, asked nothing about me, seemed burnt out and not happy to be there. I was so disappointed. He didn't think I had back problems and his advice was contrary to 5 other surgeons I had consulted with. My back was injured and is in bad pain with nerve involvement daily, so when he said there isn't anything wrong with me, I could only conclude he didn't want to deal with another patient. Dr Utter took a horrible mess that another surgeon made and fixed it. Good as new? No, but he did an amazing job getting me going again and kept me out of a wheelchair! Amazing doctor, highly highly skilled in his craft!!
