Always easy and prompt
Very professional staff, considerate of my needs and condition. Fast diagnosis and I was not even comfortable at anytime with the attending lead physician he seemed like had more important places to be and better people to be with. The P.A. pysicians assistant talk more in depth with me and gave me proper diagnosis and made me feel welcome at the clinic. I found the main doctor to be considerately rude and quite condescending. Very professional staff, considerate of my needs and condition. Fast diagnosis and recieved the necesssary help needed and the proper physical therapy.
Was not able to get my cast off until 9 1/2 weeks after wrist fracture. Was not given exercises to retain muscle mass in hand and use of fingers. PA-C did not fax my rehab orders and it took 2 weeks to get that done. He didn't tell me to bring the orders there and it took that long for me to figure out why I couldn't schedule PT. Cast was too tight and I didn't know any better than to leave it that way. Not enough caring.
