Getting someone to answer the phone is impossible. I just need to pay a bill and have not been able to get anyone on the phone. I'll just need to go in person. And, I haven't been back in the office for a while because they couldn't help me much. I eventually had to find a new doctor. Very nice people... but not sure it's worth the trouble.
