I felt listened to and heard. He listened to everything I had to say. My concerns, my issues and we made plan together
I've had several procedures either at CMC or through their physician affiliates, my most recent being a Cordizone shot for a trigger finger with Dr. Waters. He and his staff offer excellent care and instruction on what they are doing during a procedure.
I was not treated very well by Dr. Waters. I waited in the exam room, after the PA examined me , for 45 minutes and the lights went out in the exam room. At that point, I went to the door to leave. Dr. Waters was about to enter and I told him I wanted to leave. He became angry with me and said he doesn't not like to deal with passive aggressive people and if I wanted to leave to go ahead.
