Other than the scheduling wait which took several months I had a shoulder surgery. Complete reconstruction. I got there at 545 when I was scheduled to and there weren't 10 minutes where someone wasn't doing something to get my procedure done. My biggest problems with hospitals have been time mismanagement and this is the smoothest a hospital has ever run given my experience.
I just got home after spending five days at Holy Family after fracturing my right ankle and having surgery. The care and professional help I received was extraordinary - everyone I encountered was so kind and compassionate, from the sweet ladies taking my food orders to the aides and housekeepers, doctors and, of course, nurses. They were patient with me even when I was a crying mess and met my every need with grace and efficiency. I can’t find enough ways to thank them and recommend them to anyone needing care.
