Horrible Experience February 12, 2025, I had a PT appointment at 0800 in their Fountain location. Upon arrival the girl behind the desk said I Cancelled and would have to reschedule. I did not cancel. I asked her name and she wrote it on a piece of paper. It read, Tessa Potter. She was the same person I scheduled my appointment with. I called to make a complaint about their scheduling and finally spoke with Lindsey who said she was a director. After three months of physical therapy at the Tenderfoot Hills location, I was able to ring the bell and be discharged. Having had to have physical therapy in the past since 2022 at several locations in the Pikes Peak area, this facility and its staff are the best! I have been seeing Steph on and off for about a year. She’s taken me from limping to pain free twice. Not only is Steph an incredibly knowledgeable therapist and thoroughly understands the fine line of being tough, while also observant and empathetic when I’m not at my best. I throw a lot of variables at her and she takes them with stride. Steph is light-hearted and a joy to spend time with, which is a much needed relief in the medical industry.
Your pt ,Stephanie, was very responsive. When the situation changed, she adjusted her therapy. The whole staff was great.
