I have been trying to get a time for my grandmother's surgery just to be told I have to wait til the day before because other patients might cancel and the so called line up may change. That's really inconvenient to say the least because the place is all the way out in desplaines. I do not drive so I have to schedule some one to take the whole day off with me.
