The facility is probably good at treating text book matters but they were unable to help me diagnose and resolve an issue. So a year of my time with appointments, diagnostics and PT, I was told there was nothing they could do. The doctor even got up and started walking out when I still asking questions. I’m trying osteopathic medicine. I should have done that first.
I brought my mom to Orthopedic Partners for diagnosis and treatment of a rotator cuff which had been re-torn. From initial check-in all the way through to check out, we were warmly greeted and given what I would describe as superior service overall. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Steven Wei. He had a very friendly, energetic personality, and was quickly able to ascertain what was wrong with my mom's shoulder, as well as provide a few options for treatment. Dr. Wei and his team are outstanding! The entire office operates like a well-oiled machine—everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and right on time. From check-in to treatment, the experience is seamless and professional. Highly recommend!
Well before today, I’ve been to 3 doctors, done physical therapy, had an epidural shot and two MRIs and no one could figure out my pain - until today. Dr Wagner was amazing and the young women at the checkin and out were fantastic. Highly recommend if you can get through the clinic's operators who are hit and miss.
