Dr Nguyen and his staff are professional and have never impatient. He's been my pain management Dr since I had a major spine surgery (T5-S1) in 2022. He visited me the first time while I was in recovery at Hoag. He assured me that he would do what he could to keep me comfortable. He's done exactly that - it's hard to find someone so dedicated! He's an 11 out of 10! Thank you Dr Nguyen.
I absolutely recommend this practice, it’s been a great experience overall. I didn’t have to wait a long time for my consultation as most specialty MDs have long wait times. Dr. Nguyen got me walking again after struggling through PT for six months with no real success. His staff is friendly and efficient with appointments and insurance matters. Communication was very clear and expectations were appropriately set.
