Dr. J. Lim…deserves 6 Gold Stars across his forehead because he provided me with pain relief Rx which was routinely denied me for the last several years & it has helped a lot!!
They never called me back and they may have even dropped me from the study and never notified me. Very difficult go get through. They also didn't pay me for a research appointment for over a week.

Lack of communication and lack of clear instructions on what to do. I had to ask what part of my body was affected, as well as what I should do, and was given no clear answer. I’ve gotten numerous MRIs which took a very long time for them to review. Originally they were going to send me home until the doctor spoke with his radiologist and found something which required another two MRIs. I’ve been given no treatment and I’m still waiting for results. I should have just went to the ER and the hospital would’ve figured out what... read more
