Super unhelpful. I have been trying to get an estimate from them for the last 2 weeks so I can figure out my out of pocket, and because their surgery scheduler does not do their job in a timely manner, I can not get an estimate for the procedure. It is now less than 2 weeks from our surgery date, and it is still not on their schedule even though it was booked with Southern Oregon Ortho over 2 weeks ago and I can't get an estimate until they get it on their schedule. Just had total knee replacement surgery a week ago. This staff went beyond the call. Made me comfortable in every way. They are fun kind and give excellent care. Highly recommend!
My first impression was pretty lousy, when I first met Dr. Bengard he was very cold, barely gave me the time of day but he ended up diagnosing my ganglion cyst and working with my insurance so we scheduled a surgery. A few days before my surgery he cancelled because he had a priority surgery come in, cool, I get it. I rescheduled it and 2 days before my surgery, I get a call saying he wants to cancel because he hasn’t seen me in 3 months and needs to consult me again.
