We really appreciate Dr. Miletti's recommendation for a more conservative approach to managing an old rotator cuff injury on a now 75 year old man. Surgery is always an option down the road if this is not successful. However, we have managed this 60 year old injury with physical therapy and strength building over the years. Dr. Miletti's experience and wisdom give us a good sense that we can continue good quality of life with this approach.
