He was very detailed but the next day I could hardly walk, so I appreciate him pushing me, but I hope it’s OK that I take a days rest to let the knee heal. It was hot and it’s felt unstable but that’s to be expected. Totally absolutely he is a great physical therapist and you never have to wonder what’s going on he always keeps you informed.
