This place was terrible. My mom broke her finger and was referred here by the hospital. The office told her they couldn't get her an appointment until the x rays came in, so they ordered for the xrays to be sent to their office. A couple of days passed and this office said they still had not received them. They told us to call to try and get them to send the xrays to them.When we call the hospital to the dept that sends the xrays, they said they never received the order and the dr would have to ask for them again. Koodles to Daniel, Sophia and Ms. Bee. The best Exray Techs at Orthopedic Medicine in Arlington TX!!! They made the experience with my sister very pleasant. She's a stroke survivor and has been in a wheelchair for almost 5 years and every time she has to be transferred over onto an exam table it's a challenge. But this crew was AMAZING!!! They treated my sister with dignity and respect. May God bless you extra special for your tender kindness 🙏🏽 ❤️
Dr Stall is amazing but the front office staff was rude and had attitude with me that makes me not want to return here in the future. She also made me pay a co pay even though i told her we reached our out of pocket. I ended up paying the co pay even though we are reached our family out of pocket a while ago. Overall, the Doctor is amazing, very nice and even gave demonstrations of ankle stretches and exercises. It sucks to have to deal with unfriendly office staff in order to see the great doctor
I made a appointment for my shoulder they confirmed they took my insurance. My appointment wasn’t for a month I called back 2 times seeing if there had been any cancellations and to re confirm my insurance information that it would be taken in their office. Each time I had insurance confirmation. Day of appointment got to their office after 30 minutes of driving. I didn't think I would have just an awful experience with Dr. Rapuri. I trusted him. I believed in him. I thought he had my best interest in heart but instead, I have a very painful swollen knee. He plans on giving me another knee replacement which will be larger. I have to suffer another month for that to happen. It's no big deal to him but I'm taking a risk anytime I have surgery. I am so disappointed. To be fair, he preformed a hip replacement two years ago on me and I had no problems. I am now hurting so badly. I am wond... read more
