Terrible waste of time. I had to have 160 pages of past medical records FAXED to this office along with a referral. I Jumped through hoops and in the end, they never read the records, he never saw me at all. Said I should go straight to pain management ( if he had read my records, he would have read that I’ve been going to pain management for almost two years with no relief) Tried to tell the office that that’s what I’ve been doing, and they said I need to go back and see one again and get my records resent with another refe... read more
The staff and Dr Perlewitzs' team have treated me with so much care. They got me into surgery quickly so i wouldnt have to be in pain anymore- they empathized with me and were very sympathetic towards my situation- My Laminectomy was a breeze with this crew! Specifically Adam (PA) Dr Fleischmsn,, Nick (AT), Micah (RN) Tanya ( ST) , Maggie (OT), Megan (PT) Kaitlyn (RN-PACU) Kris (Pre-OP RN) Krista (RN SPS Area, and Nicki. This team deserves the world and I can not thank you enough for bringing my quality of life back improvin... read more
