The office lady’s had a great attitude till I see the doctor and was the most disrespectful person I e meet!
Came into the office and thought I had an appointment, but Ms Autumn took care of me hot me all hooked up and in the system just a beautiful soul y'all have sitting at that front desk she is AWESOME

The practice is nice. I came to the practice following Dr. Desai. The staff was nice to work with, since I arrived early due to transportation issues. I strongly dislike the AI answering system, as it will often ask more than one question at a time or contradict the fact that I have an appointment. Appointment e-mails were confusing, as within 30 minutes, I received a phone call changing my appointment time to 8:30, the AI answering service stating that I didn't have an appointment and an email stating my appointment time wa... read more
