Experienced physical therapists I was recommended to The Orthopedic Group by my primary care doctor. After being evaluated by Dr. Gastel, I was referred to physical therapy with Valerie. I saw her twice a week for 6 weeks. I have a shoulder injury that I have been suffering with for over 3 years and Valerie used a variety of techniques to loosen up my shoulder blade so we could strengthen the muscles in the area.
