I made an appointment here to get help with my knee. On the day of the appointment, they called just 25 minutes beforehand to cancel—completely disregarding the effort I had made to arrive on time. This was highly unprofessional on their part. I can’t give less than 1 star, otherwise I would.
I was so impressed with this PA. Knowledgeable, professional, kind and understanding. 10 out of 10!
Scheduling was easy, forms were provided in advance which made for a smooth check-in. X-rays are done in-house, saving additional trips and expediting results and care plan.
From the moment I walked until I left, I had the best experience. Isaiah at the front desk was wonderful, very helpful with some paperwork that I had missed. The xray tech was great and explained everything well as I had never had hand x-rays done before. Then I got to Dr. Erica Fazzini and she was also so friendly and helpful and patient with my questions that I want to go back to her for anything possible!
