Dr.Rechter and his entire staff are true professionals. The entire staff are caring and compassionate in their demeanor and skills. They truly listen to every patients needs and concerns. I would never visit a different dental office again. Why would anyone leave the best ?

I'm a new patient at Long Island Dental Excellence and from the moment I made the phone call they have shown to be professional, helpful, and provide a very welcoming environment. The staff is considerate and willing to answer any questions you have. I heard myself repeat to the staff that I can't believe how well I was treated. It was such an easy process and they made me feel important which is lacking at most places these days. Absolutely the most amazing staff!!!
I’m a very anxious person, as they all know, but your office puts me at ease...eventually. 😊 Every person in ur office cannot be any more helpful and extremely nice. I have total trust with Dr Rechter. I like him a lot! He is pleasant, gentle and a doll! I wish I met this office long ago. My teeth look beautiful! My follow up visit today was for another round of cleaning and to check my flossing progress. Positive results on both and Victoria kept me on point with great work and suggestions. My mouth appreciates it. Then Dr. Spielberg filled a hole in my tooth that existed for years but was suspected to be getting worse. His expertise confirmed the issue and he and his staff got that tooth back into shape...and with a matching color.
The staff is efficient, friendly and professional.
If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would do it. I was having a tooth issue over the past few days. I called yesterday, and they actually made room for me to see Dr. Richter today. What value can you give to that? He took several xrays of the area in question, and didnt even charge me anything for the visit! The quality of service is as high as can be, not only Dr. Richter, but the entire staff. There might be other quality places out there, but I will match Long Island Dental Excellence up against any.
