Hip surgery with Dr. Derek Johnson was without any problems. He’s an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. Everything about the experience was seamless being that he’s caring and knowledgeable and truly gifted.
Really difficult time scheduling appointments. No one called me after my referral was sent despite getting texts that I’d receive a call. My scheduled appointment is no longer available - again communicated over text with rescheduling options that are limited. No one answers when calling for scheduling help.
I have been to Rudy eight or 10 times for different problems and have been satisfied every time. I believe that says all of it.
Dr.Rovak and his team,from scheduling to Check in and check out,his surgery group was great great great. All around the best service.He is a down to earth Dr an knows his stuff.I would definitely recommend this practice. Thanks again Dr.Rovak and team.
