First time visit for a second opinion on my left knee total replacement. Was looking for causes that were delaying my recovery. It took Eichmann less than 10 seconds to identify a probable cause by just one look at an X-ray (that my original physician missed). Good start!
Front office staff are great. But do NOT schedule with Dr. Leland! Dr. Leland was apathetic, I did not feel taken seriously, recorded the audio of session without my permission, and most importantly a second opinion found an additional fracture that he didn’t. I’m glad I trusted my gut in getting a second opinion and she wants to see me back in 1 week rather than the 4 weeks Dr. Leland wanted. All the PA's were fantastic. I barely felt the staples come out. Don't know how she dìd it. The wait in the lobby was a little long.
