The doctors are ok but the billing is another story… I was put in a boot for an injury. At no point was I told the cost or that I had other options. I did what the doctor told me to because *why wouldn’t I*?? I barely managed to limp into the office. I was just happy that I was going to be able to walk out. Imagine my surprise when I got this bill and looked to see what the actual price is for the boot. They charged my insurance $645 for a $60 boot and I have to pay $260. Literally how is this legal??
