Firstly I would like to say my only issue is with the nurse practitioners, not the friendly front desk staff and assistants. Went in to find out why my wrist were hurting and all they did was refer me to a clinic in Alexandria to do a nerve test after rushing through my appointment. After doing the test and going back to this office to get my results and discuss treatment, I was told that they wouldn't recommend surgery or injections for carpal tunnel since I'm only 21. I came to this clinic because I was told I needed a referral for surgery. This clinic made me pay 420 dollars to take an x-ray (which I had already done at the emergency room), put a hard cast on me (which multiple surgeons and orthopedic doctors later told me was useless and I had to get removed), and then they just had another company refer me to an emergency room. Went to see for knee replacement and they knew I was 39 and needed a total knee replacement replacement. They also knew beforehand that the Dr would not do a replacement on a 39 year old because the Dr is guilty of age discrimination. Instead of being upfront and honest they decided to commit Medicare fraud and malpractice by having me come in and subjecting me to unneeded X-rays as I brought my own and they knew they weren't going to treat me.
