Love, love, love Dr Berastain and his staff. Caring, concerned, and amazing! Just wish I could say the same about the “front desk” staff. Never friendly and if you’re not tied to the doctor they are assigned to, they won’t even acknowledge your presence! They are the ones that set the tone for new and old patients!
When I first entered, they accommodated me with a wheelchair promptly. Front staff was super friendly and sufficient. X-ray tech Joel and his assistant were very gentle with my leg during x-rays and making me laugh. When Zey Walked in he walked in with the smile, super friendly, checked out my leg, and was very detailed with the information that he gave me. I left there more at ease and more with peace in my mind.
