The neurologist referred my daughter to this place for physical therapy, but the therapist, Robert (Bob), refused to provide it because my daughter is in a wheelchair. He discriminated against her twice and said he wouldn't give her physical therapy because he couldn't do anything for her due to her wheelchair. I do not recommend this place. Later, she went to occupational therapy, and they refused her that too. The therapist simply told me to buy her silverware from Amazon.

Completely unorganized staff. Lacked communication to each other and patients. Worst case was cancelling an appointment of mine with no notification to me. Skills of Dr. seem lacking and wanted to prescribe opiods to an unknown problem. Seems like the place to go if you're looking to get substance, not proper care. Talked to another patient and found they were having similar problems.
Rude staff. Rude Doctor. The were a bad experience in everyway. Hard to work with or get answers or help.
