Made an appointment and they just left me waiting in the lobby. When asked how much longer they could not answer. Wasted my morning and now i gotta go find another doctor. 'Merica!
Diagnosis and treatment were exceptional. The hour and a half wait was excessive. Periodic updates on the delay would have been nice
What a terrible experience on 8-6-26. The demeanor of the sign in office worker creates an uncomfortable feeling that she doesn’t see me on the schedule. She asked who are you seeing, what’s your Doctor’s name. Each answer I said, she paused as if I’m not scheduled. Then she says oh yes, I see. The very next person walked up and she did the same thing. This woman actually walked away say, “Wow you scared me.” Our wait time, was over an hour, absolutely unprofessional, nobody explained why, they just claimed it’s almost there... read more
