First appointment was so efficient (completed paperwork online) and had zero wait time. Staff/Dr was friendly from reception to seeing Dr Cheong. He was professional and very easy to speak with (listening) and spoke in "Layman's terms" about results of my x-rays and provided candid feedback and options that were non-invasive. Took his time to understand my situation - although it was truly one of the quickest visits that was thorough and most helpful for next steps.
I was very pleased with all of the office staff, as well as Dr. Koslin. He spent plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. I was pretty amazed by the staff that got my approval in 5 minutes, so I hobbled out with a perfect brace.
All of the therapists were great! I think my recovery was quicker due to their work. Thanks
