Before my surgery, I was in daily pain and could not perform basic functions. Had labrum repair surgery Sept 1, was in PT by mid Oct and cooked a full Thanksgiving meal - unrestricted and without pain. Dr. Jackson was thorough in providing details of what was to be expected, what was needed for a strong recovery and path forward. Horrible communication and getting information. First the number they give you goes to Dayton. Sometimes it will transfer to them. Occasionally you might get a call to their phone and get a call back. I had to stop at the office as they didn't arrange my x-rays or call in 2 weeks. Then there is a prepay for surgery and I had to call to find out. Never heard of a prepay, and I have good work insurance. ridiculous!
