Michelle was very thorough in her directions and explained what each exercise accomplished.
Facilty was very nice and easy to get to. For some reason was was instructed to be there 30 minutes before my 4:00 appt. As an established patient who had just been seen 2 wks ago check in took only 2 minutes!! The first receptionist wasn't very friendly. After sitting there for 45 minutes I went to the desk to make sure the doctor knew I was here. This receptionist was very cordial and told me the doctor was running late and I would be seen soon.
