worst customer service that I've seen in this industry and I've been a Nurse for 10 years. Urgent care in glastonbury wouldn't see me even though I showed up and 6:30 and they close at 8:30. There were no patients in the waiting room. I tried to amke an appoint ment at one of there offices and they canceled and resheduled me twice. They dont care about patients at all.
A surgeon fixed my spine but when I asked about the secondary issue with the right side of my thigh to the orthopedic doctor, it was brushed off. I repeatedly reported the issue and nothing was ever done. I was never provided with a diagnosis or even referred to another doctor by this office for testing or treatment. Now it has gotten worse so I called back and was told I could see a different orthopedic doctor.
