I have never come into contact with an office staff like at Dr. Wilson's and at OSTC. They are the most friendliest and helpful group of people!
Dr Wilson and his entire staff have done an excellent job with my total hip replacement. I schedule early morning appointments and wait time is minimal. Thanks OSTC!!
I am very pleased with the doctors at Orthopedic Associates. The wait time is long, but the care I received more than made up for it. I never felt rushed while talking with the doctor. They were great to explain everything to me and help me with treatment. I have seen two doctors here and both were great!!
Wait time in waiting room is frustratingly long. It is clear that over-booking is a problem. However, the friendliness, courtesy and concern for the patients by the doctors and staff far outweighs the lengthy wait times. P.S. It would be GREAT to have that over-scheduling remedied.
Best Dr's and therapy in town. Dr Perez is great. Julie , my therapist worked me hard and the staff at OSTC is a pleasure to work with
Waiting times are pitiful. Get 11 am appointment, and haven't been seen at 1 pm. So little respect for people's time.
