Wasn’t impressed with his doctoring of me. Went in with severe pain in shoulder, all pointing to a torn rotator cuff. Said x-ray looked good, which does not show tear in tissue. Said could have an MRI but all MRI’s would show something wrong in shoulder. Both L & R shoulders have been arthroscopic surgery, done for torn rotator cuff. Know the pain. Will be seeing another doctor. To fast in room and too fast to diagnose without evaluating me with with hands. Will not be back. Very disappointed.
Dr Bales is almost like a family member, he cares, but more important than that, he’s good! I’m a professional athlete and he ensures that myself and all patients are taken care of so that they can continue thriving in life and having their best quality of life for themselves, their spouse, and their children.
Wonderful place ,freindly,very, efficient ,very organized, highly recommend.
