Dr Bales was very good at explaining my joint pain. A path of strengthening and healing was suggested without surgery. I am looking forward to receiving the physical therapy and reducing my joint pain.
Office staff were on point! My appointment ran on time. Everything went very quickly. I’ve never been to a Dr’s office that actually runs efficiently. That was a surprise! Office staff were nice and professional.
On time, very thorough in explaining my injury situation along with what I should and shouldn’t be concerned about. Offered several next steps and encouraged me to chose the one I was most comfortable with.
