I was back to Vista with a back pain due to working for long hours in my couch(I know I should avoid it). It was extremely painful for 3 days but 2 days of therapy and exercises suggested did the trick. I know I was getting better and now, after a week, I feel much better. Stephen, and Kelly are really knowledgeable. James never disappoints you, he knows what you need when you call him or go in person. Overall, a great team!

Matt and team was just great helping me rehab my chronic bad back. I suffered with my back much too long and after 12 weeks of therapy and exercise I am back to normal doing daily activities and golfing without issue. James is a great concierge for the office and will treat you well. Great regard for Vista Flower Mound.
My visits with Matthew at Vista Physical Therapy in Flower Mound were amazing. Matthew listened to me and was careful not to hurt me. He is humble,knowledgeable,patient and understanding. He created an exercise program to help me with my frozen shoulder and it has done wonders for my arm. Thank you Dr.Matthew for all your hard work.
