I gotta say, ya'll keep blaming everything on your computer system, but that was almost two years ago. I also see that you haven't responded to any of your negative complaints. I'm not surprised you don't have anyone overseeing this site, it's not generating income. the same can be said for your referral desk, they've almost killed me with the tardiness of my cardio referral ( I had 97% blockage, but ya'll didn't care because you weren't getting a cut ) and you've let me drag on for over a year without a mental health referr... read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen, they make the VA seem like competent and caring providers. We went for my girlfriend to be swabbed for possible Covid exposure and symptoms. She was swabbed in the drive through tent, and we asked about being seen for her symptoms, I.E. vomiting, headache, fever, and diarrhea. The nice lady at the tent gave us a number and told us to call the office and see if they wanted to do a tele-visit, or for her to come in. Called about switching my care to Valley View Medical which is part of the Longstreet Clinic in Dahlonega. I told this office my medications and was told that Dr. Mulberry had said he would manage them. When I got to the appointment to switch everything over, I was told that he would NOT manage my care but would refer me to someone who would and that they would call me with a referral. They never even did that. I was deceived and my time was wasted and I was charged money for absolutely nothing.
