No one answers the phone! They hang up the phone if you do get connected! No call back! How are you still in business if you don’t answer the phones and don’t call back to book appointments! After a full week of trying to to call I’m scheduling with a different company. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Hire more people or teach the staff you have how to do their JOB!!!
I will be looking for another shoulder Dr. the one I had. Changed their mind every time I went there. Then basically was calling me a liar and said they went over everything with me. They never did explain what was torn. I had to ask for MRI on shoulder since they only did elbow. I won’t be back to that Doctor! I had very good luck with foot, knee and hand Doctor. Month a happy person! No referrals from me no matter how good of surgeon they are.
My experience with the surgeon and his staff was absolutely wonderful in every way. However my experience with the billing office is terrible. Because I have a high deductible insurance plan, the billing office called me right before my surgery and informed me that if I did not put down a large deposit (they requested $2500 as I recall) they would not perform my surgery; even after I let them know I had other bills being processed and my deductible would probably be met before they billed. Danielle the surgical scheduler was exceptionally helpful in getting the surgery scheduled as soon as possible. She was very polite, caring, and friendly.
If i could put half a star I would. I have tried to call them for a week now and we always get put on hold then they answer and just hang up. Happen multiple times. Does anyone know where I can go?
