Scheduled appointment at 10:15, we arrived 15 min early. At 11:15 no word from the doctor or staff. Very poor service very non-professional staff.
Appointment time is 225 and at 245 after I have checked in and paid my copays the front desk woman comes out and makes a general statement that the doctor is running 45 minutes to 1 hour behind. I am sure that this was known before hand. Definitely need to communicate with patients better than this. I am already expecting to be here a couple of hours but now you are adding time just to sit and look at a wall. This is ridiculous. People still piling in and they are not giving them a heads up.
Each time I have a set appointment that's never the case of the appointment is at 10 and you get to wait til 10:45 what's the point making one being a timely person that's irritating.
