Idk about anyone else or what they wrote in the review but I had a great experience. They took my son in asap,they communicated very well. Not only were they professional but they were funny and took me and my child problem very serious. Went out their way to even call a doctor I was supposed to myself and had me scheduled the very next day. Great job guy and gals. The doctor made us feel secure to be there as well
Terrible customer service and lack of communication.
Waited over an hour and half to be seen. Kept DL so I wouldn’t walk out while waiting. Claimed had to research referral number, however, I provided it when I made the appointment. While in patient room, I could overhear doc discuss other patients and their mental status. If there was a way for zero or negative stars, I’d choose that. Horrible
