I have been to this office for my knees and when I broke my foot and I would recommend this office in a heart beat. Straight to the point, get to the bottom of the problem and if you have issues they get you back in. Will be calling them to see my daughter. 5 out of 5
Everyone is always going to have a unique experience with their surgeons. Here's mine. I moved to Pennsylvania from Houston, Texas, just for the experts here within UPMC. I have two rare conditions that need to be competently managed. Dr Jacob Smith has been a wonderful find, a true gift to me over the last several months as we try to understand problems with my knees. Never again this place is trash no nice way to say it, for weeks they said my son had no fractures then that was found to be false and then they tried making us wait 3 weeks for the MIR RESULTS. Which I was not having. That it has been on problem after the next. And don’t even get me started on what they did to my shoulder when I went in there four years ago. This place is trash
Don't go here! If Dr. Jacob Smith botch your surgery as a man he will not talk to you directly 1st day I seen him he recommended surgery I told him I was a little afraid being the history of experimental procedures on people of color him and his office was like crackheads trying to convince me to get surgery said if I didn't get surgery I will be paralyzed or die my significant other was in the room with me and if you ask questions about what went wrong they will kick you out and say you were talking inappropriately.. after ... read more
