If you're a trans person you're going to have a bad time here. Dawn at the reception desk made me feel very uncomfortable and the staff struggled to figure out how to put a preferred name in their system so I was called the wrong name/gender the whole time I was there. Serves me right for trying to get medical help in the burbs I guess. The whole trip felt like a waste of my time and money, 90 bucks and 3+ hours of my life just to get some anti-inflammatory meds and absolutely no explanation of what's going on with my knee, ... read more

Just wanted to share the the wonderful experiences I have with Savannah at the Skokie location in the DME department regarding my cast/ brace. Over the last couple of weeks I've had to get it adjusted & modified and Savannah has been nothing but patient, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant every time I go in to get help. Savannah thank you very much for everything you do and the way in which you do it, you make a difficult situation sooooo much easier.

Dr. Steven Sclamberg is amazing. I had a foreign object which turned out to be calcified tissue removed from my palm and the recovery was slow and painful. The PE was definitely challenging and I actually doubted whether or not I was ever going to have complete feeling in my thumb..kinda scary. Nevertheless never doubt your surgeon at least in this case. His team at his office is awesome and showed compassion and patience with this overly dramatic patient.

Dr. Sclamberg is an amazing physician and surgeon. Takes his time listening and understanding your injury. Shoulder has never felt better. My dad sees Dr. Arnold. He is very pleased with the amount of time she spends listening and treating his pain and discomfort but also properly diagnosing to understand the root of the issue.
