The wait time on the phone is unbelievable since Rothman took over. I really like my Dr there. I have to decide if I will return. I have been on the phone, on hold for 10 mins now. FRUSTRATED, 20 mins still not picking up. Tell dr hsu, I said ty but have to go elsewhere.
This is quite possibly the worst medical practice on earth. I would rather have my surgery done on the banks of a polluted river in Calcutta by a veterinarian. The quality of medical care provided borders on criminal.
Can take awhile to get an appointment but doctors are great
Absolutely nothing. The people who answer the phones to set up appointments are beyond rude. I have a NON work related injury, but I have health insurance and they refuse to even set up an appointment for me until I supply them with a letter from my work insurance company saying it is non work related. Have you ever heard of anything so rediculous.
