I was very pleased with my appointment. Although I am having trouble with my insurance to cover my gel shots
Dr Allis Kim is a fantastic ortho doc/ surgeon - really nice, attentive and types out a PT script (that a patient can actually read - this should be done everywhere) - Katie who did x-rays was also great - high standards - usually seen in Boston - very glad to see this facility has excellent doctors - receptionist was lovely - suggest a water cooler though ;) - will be my go to - also thank you Town of Westford / whoever for attracting the good docs :)
Very nice place all attended nurses very polite
Was a great visit. Checkin person was nice, courteous and professional. Xray person was the same. NP who first seen me was exceptional. Went over my trigger finger issue and the more serious Carpal tunnel concerns. Explained everything and simple terms ( that i would under stand). Dr Alter came in reviewed everything again. Laid out.the next few steps, starting right then with a injection. I give the whole team a A+
