Horrible office staff for this practice. I was lost trying to find the Westford location, the office staff, after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, refused to transfer me to someone in the Westford office who could give me directions. It's not listed on the gps on my phone or on the practice website, all info leads to the Lowell location. The office staff were all rude, interrupted me constantly, refused to hear anything I said. Definitely not worth seeing a doc at this practice.
I've been a patient of Orthopedic Surgical Associates for approximately 15 years; specifically of Dr. Samuel Gerber. I began seeing Dr. Gerber after I had a snowmobile mishap and had a hairline fracture on my hip, resulting later in a torn meniscus because of how I favored my leg. I continue to see Dr. Gerber for Patellofemoral Syndrome a.k.a. runners knee. Dr. Gerber has worked with me on pain management, which doesn't resolve taking pain medications.
